Our History

MetroCare Home Medical & Rehab was started in 1994 in small strip mall in Germantown, Wisconsin to provide medical equipment and supplies to the surrounding southeastern Wisconsin communities. The corporation was formed by two individuals who noticed the need for home health care supplies and equipment.

MetroCare expanded progressively over the next 12 years to include a new 13,000 square foot showroom in Germantown. MetroCare exceeded customer service expectations with a fleet of delivery and service vans visiting commercial business and residential customers. MetroCare logistically expanded in 2004 to include a second location in Greenfield, Wisconsin to better serve our Milwaukee area clients. MetroCare logistically expanded again in 2006 to the Historic Granville Station community with our third location.

All MetroCare locations are staffed with friendly, knowledgeable personnel that stay educated with current information to assist customers with their needs and wants.

MetroCare at the Alexian Village Pavilion is located in the Historic Granville Station community serving the east side customers of metropolitan Milwaukee. A complete line of products are available to you. Please stop in any of our locations to visit. Our facilities offer convenient parking and fully accessible entrances. Once you visit our showrooms you will find the largest selection of products in the state and a friendly knowledgeable staff to assist you. We also offer the largest selection of lift chairs, rollators, walkers, and wheeled mobility products. We welcome you!

We are a privately-owned, full service company. We have state-of-the-art electronic billing capabilities for most insurance claims and Medicare and Medicaid accepted.
